You can scan images at 600 dpi for better quality and send us via
FTP, email attachment, remotely and web based application. If you find
uploading time consuming for large volumes then you can courier us
images in DVD, Hard Disk, External Drive, USB Drive, etc.
2. How long does it take for your organization to complete an order?
Usually, we provide 24hrs turnaround to our photo editing customers
but in case urgency, complexity, volume, etc. we can fine-tune delivery
time. Our team will do in-depth study on your photo editing requirements
and advise you finest delivery time to complete the order.
3. Who are your imaging customers?
We have been assisting worldwide customers for photo editing service
and our clientele are design studios, photographers, advertising &
marketing agencies, real estate companies, e-commerce stores, catalogue
companies, event management firms, etc.
4. Is there a size limit for image upload?
No, there is no size limit for image upload. You can simply advise us
total size of images and we would create an FTP for you to upload /
download images quickly and securely.
5. Is there any specific format or resolution in which the images have
to be sent for processing?
No, there is no specific format required. You can send us images in
the format or resolution which you find most suitable and tell us in
which format or resolution you need edited images back. Our experts can
comfortably deal with formats like CR2, DNG, GIF, JPEG, NEF, PNG, PSD,
RAW, TIFF, etc.
6. Do you provide free image editing samples or trial photo editing?
Yes, we do provide no obligation free image editing sample for
limited photos so that our clients can analysis our work quality and
turnaround free of cost.
7. Do you charge on per project or per image basis?
As a rule, we quote per image but prices are varying image to image
based on complexity. On the initial discussion, we offer you a free
trial that helps us to analyze job requirements and offer best suited
price. You can send trial photos via Dropbox or Wetransfer.com – these
are secure and well-known medium of file transfer.
8. What are your working hours?
We work Monday to Saturday (9:00AM to 6:00PM IST and 9:00PM to 6:00AM
IST). But, we can also work in weekends if needed.
